Was thinking more that as both attendances of city and tigers have significantly increased since 7 may 2011 that was the exception to the rule and that both clubs will not be allowed to play on the same day again (regardless of differing kick off times).

May 2011 was before Tigers built their latest stand and increased their capacity. Am sure police, council etc have said that city and tigers wouldn't be allowed to play on the same day (even at different times) due to traffic gridlock/access to Royal Infirmary. And as already pointed out it...

Am also glad that the game is on the saturday but am puzzled that as the last day of the season has been on a sunday for a number of years that this season bbc/sky need it to be moved for them to show the games.

A fair point regarding home games but then I guess the rugby fixture planners didnt expect the football league to shift the last day of the season from sunday to saturday to accomodate tv money; so would have assumed our game was definite sunday k.o.

As much as it pains me to defend the eggchasers, its the football league at fault. When the rugby fixtures were published the last day of the championship was on 8th may. But bbc/sky have flashed the tv cash & the games have moved to 7th.

As DJ isn't in Pearson's plans I would guess that he's on loan until the end of the season (with no recall clause - just a guess no facts to base that on). We could possibly not extend his loan for the play-offs. Would be one heck of a show of desperation to recall him purely so he can't...

Yes granted but i was on about the woeful lump down field to carlisle defnce that began the chain of events leading to their 2nd. When in doubt/under pressure King does have a tendency to panic or do his ray wilkins impression - sideways, sidesways.

But he is very reluctant to put his foot in and there lies city's problem with teams constantly playing through the middle where there is a lack of bite from oakley and king.
