cheers MHS in the first post it states and initial allocation of 1700 its that NF trying to confuse me again ;)

The OS is still showing that the allocation is 1764 :icon_roll, which is obvioulsy wrong as they have sold over 2,000 tickets.

It appears that after we lost to B'ham they upped our allocation or we asked for more on the basis we'd lose to Preston and the Barnsley game would be a must win.

just rang up and got 5 tickets, well on the way to 2500.

The OS has been updated.

The coaches will leave at 12 Noon !!!!

Please note that if you haven't already secured a FREE coach space, you will not be able to do so.

From the OS

Leicester City fans have moved swiftly to snap up all of the free coach places ahead of Saturday's trip to Oakwell to take on Barnsley.

Foxes owner and chairman Milan Mandaric had agreed to supply a total of 12 coaches to fans following their magnificent support at Preston North End last weekend.

And Leicester fans have wasted no time in securing their free travel for the game - with all seats on the coaches taken up by 1pm on Monday.

However, tickets remain on general sale for the match, priced at £20 Adults, £12 Seniors (60+), £12 Under 18's and £6.00 Under 11s if accompanied by a full paying adult.

The Foxes have already sold 2,500 of their initial allocation of nearly 5,000 tickets, with an option to take additional tickets if they are required.

Supporters can also secure additional coach travel places with Fox Travel, priced at £12.50 for season ticket holders (£10.50 concessions), and £13.50 non-season ticket holders (£11.50 concessions).

The coaches will set off from the Walkers Stadium at noon on the day of the game.

Fans are reminded that the Away Travel Coffee shop at the 1884 Sports Bar at the stadium will be open from 10am.

there is an allocation of about 5,000 and more if needed

that would be a massive away support

I very much doubt we will take 5,000, but somewhere in the region of 3,500 would be a good turn out IMO.

My train tickets are for 10.49 or 10.39 but i have decided i now want to go on the earlier train at 9.39. I've been told i am allowed to do this but i wont have any set seats.

Will i be ok going on the earlier train or should i just stick to the one i booked on?

thinking of parking at meadowhall and getting the train to the match from there (the wife can catch a bit of retail therapy and drive home)
anyone got any idea how often the trains run from there.

I know you can buy a rover ticket that covers your travel for the day.
