Out of interest, which PL clubs were in for Danns? I heard he only had offers from Rangers (fair enough for turning them down), I doubt he'd have turned down PL football to play for us... In fact, when he joined us I remember him saying that he wanted to play in the PL and saw joining us as a good way of getting there?
