Jesus - can we put the Asian argument in a separate thread please? WTF has it got to do with Paul Ince?
I'm just being realistic

No-go on Ince

Paul Ince could miss out on his chance of the Leicester City job if MK Dons do not grant permission by the weekend for talks with Milan Mandaric.
The City chairman hopes to complete his managerial interviews in the next two days and then name the new manager early next week.
And, as Mandaric insists in doing everything by the book, it could be that Ince will not be among those he talks to.
With Alan Shearer pulling out of the running for the Blackburn vacancy to which Ince has also been linked, the balance appears to have swung towards Ewood Park in that respect, even though Rovers appear not yet to have made an approach for the former Manchester United and Liverpool man.
Ince said in an interview yesterday that he was “flattered†to be linked with a club in the Premiership where he hopes one day to be a manager, but he made no reference to the Leicester situation which might be significant.
Mandaric, frustrated at the delay, said: “We are making sure we go through the right procedure with respect to another club's manager and, until we get the proper permission, there is nothing we can do.
“As I have already said, I do not want to give up on him but it is still my intention to carry on talking to other candidates in the next couple of days and then, hopefully, be in a position to make a decision over the weekend.â€
The City chairman is still confident that he will land the right man for the job and revealed one major factor which will shade his decision.
He said: “The new manager will have to be someone who shares my own ambition for this club.
“He will be coming to do what he can for the club, not for what the club can do for him.
“I am sure that when I make the decision, hopefully over the weekend, that it will be the right one to take us forward, first back up to the Championship and then to look at the next big step to the Premiership.
“This has been a very difficult time for me as a chairman and I have been working very hard to make sure that, when we begin our build-up for next season, everything will be in place.â€
Ince is still the clear favourite among City fans who have taken part in the Mercury's online poll on the thisisleicestershire website. He currently has 42 per cent of the votes followed by Sam Allardyce on 20, Billy Davies on 17 and Simon Grayson on 11. John Gregory, who has also been mentioned, polled only two per cent.
I'm just trying to get used to the fact it 'may' be him. As i've stated previously, I wouldn't be too fussed if it was him. We have to accept we're not going to attract the 'bigger names' ... JG may just turn out to be ok :icon_wink
Bad fans - we need to support the new manager
