There was one on the way to QPR. Quite funny watching every car around it dare not to go over 70 or over-take anyone else.

No you don't cos all the K-nob eads driving on the M6 take all the lanes and drive alongside said rozzer at 70mph, and no one can get past.

I was in a rush and wanted to drive at a dangerous 76mph but couldn't.

So you're probably only doing 70MPH anyway, most cars' speedometers say you're going faster than you really are. I rely on my sat nav to tell me how fast I'm really going.
