It's when you sit and look at the pack of tablets, and try and pre-empt which end has the notes, and you still get it wrong, you know you should probably start thinking about something else....

And why does each manufacturer of a particular drug make them in a different size & colour and put them in a different type of blister pack. Don't they realise some of us have to take several different things on crawling from our pits?
