Bet she was scared doing that!!!!

twitter and Facebook being used in a productive way.

This bit made me:icon_bigg
The former deputy prime minister John Prescott tweeted: "Would be really great to see the England football team heading to a #riotcleanup What do you think @rioferdy5 @waynerooney?"

Good on anyone helping out. Could twitter and Facebook be used next for vigilante groups I wonder

One thing that is good to see is the hardening of attitudes of the ordinary working class person towards this behaviour.

After the outrage towards the heavy handed tactics employed in the middle-east by dictatorships, it's good to know that the majority of the people I speak to share my view that the time has come for respect, not necessarily for authority, but for the rights and lives of the majority.
I for one am fed up of bling chasing freeloaders coming the big I am when part of a similarly mindless group of their peers. Whether it be football 'fans', drunken louts, minority groups or student related anarchists these people need to understand that people who pay their taxes will not put up with their homes and livehoods being destroyed on a whim.

The time for lenient sentencing, attempts at rehabilitation and long term state financial support for malingerers has gone.

Additionally, the role models for these people must be brought into question. Not just the likes of Snoop, Dre and the other 'pop a cap in yer ass' brigade, but also footballers, reality tv 'celebs' and any of the other 'if you don't like it swear at it and wave your arms dismissively at it' crew who encourage rule breaking and the pursuit of gain with the minimum of effort.

Get a job, get some respect and get off the streets you c**ts.

:038:

I keep muttering to myself that they should bring back national service... might get some of these lazy arseholes off the streets.

Yeah, stick the scum with all the brave soldiers that volunteer and work hard to be in the forces. Do no end for morale on the front line.

Boot camp the ****ers.

Perhaps the initial training may give them an eye opener and change them?

Maybe, but can you imagine being in Helmand (admittedly none of us can comprehend what that would be like) under heavy fire and the man you have to rely on to save your life is some scrote that is only there because he burnt down a Lidl in Camden? More to the point, would you want to save his life as much as a comrade who was there for the right reasons?

Huge amounts of community service wearing a high vis with the words 'I was a rioter'

I didn't think National Service participants went to the front line.

Then what's the point?

The point, though I don't agree with is, is tough love. Act like a dick and do hard, enforced graft for a 2 year period. However, I think Education is a more adept way at solving societies problems, but that isn't something you can force on people, as much as we've tried.

Ive heard its started up in Leicester anyone seen anything?
