After all of the obvious talk of City being one of the favourites for relegation, it was interesting to see what Bloomberg's super computer predicted for final league placings this season:
We appear to be in a relegation scrap but end up 15th. That would do me!
I think BN has a good point about Chris Powell's impact. He was bound to move on eventually though.
Pearson needs to get us promoted and he has still got a chance to do that this season. He is bringing together a more youthful side, who have at times, played very well together.
I am not...
Just watching on sky it looks like neither Vardy or Sledge made much effort to stop the cross and Morgan did nothing challenging the header.
Why all the blame on Vardy?
I am with David on this. We are having a crisis of confidence right now, but Pearson has been doing some of the things he has been asked to do (get rid of high cost deadwood, lower the wage bill and age profile of the squad, build more saleable playing assets, challenge for promotion).
I...
10 points ahead of 7th with 16/17 games left - it would take a dire run not to make the play offs.
I still think we need at least two points per game to go up automatically. That could be 11 more wins, one draw and 5 defeats.
We at least appear a little more resilient and consistent at...
Even though I am a self-righteous and indignant arsehole and should be annoyed by your comment, I actually think you are spot on. We need premier league quality laundry ladies and we need them now!
This post was in response to all those that wanted PEAR SON out after 5 games. I am not totally convinced about the guy, but some of the comments were just ridiculous, as proven by the last 4 results (after all performances were not that bad apart from when the stiffs played Burton in the cup).
Only one game left of the famous first ten and it seems that PEAR SON getting sacked is inevitable.
Why?
1) After some flukey wins we have our bogey team at home - Brizzle City
2) A defeat here will end our initial home dominance making the board nervous
3) A defeat here will mean we...
I guess he is referring to us playing five of the top 8. As one of them is us, that means we have played 5 of the 7 teams in the top 8 we could have played
Interesting that Becks has played 49 games and we would need to make a payment to Everton if he made 50!
Pearson says despite this it was purely a footballing decision - I wonder?
Didn't follow from half time as was told Sledge was hopeless, we were behind, we had an inept forward line and PEAR SON was getting sacked tonight.
Has he gone yet or did we save ourselves by putting on Wags and Futacs?
Thanks Doggie. Sounds like we defended poorly in the first half and were profligate with our chances in the second (I can't remember how many times the Sky reporter said we should have scored)
Consistently inconsistent as usual
So Futacs is Stevie Howard.v2 (the latest upgrade), De Laet is a cartoon figure, you fancy Marshall and Nugent and your initial interaction with Vardy was very pleasant. You didn't say what happened after this, but maybe that was something to do with a very rough Pernis?
