    Stockport County - Sat 16th Aug 2008 - 3pm

I think we're getting there at about 1:30 so we can piss on all the seats we're not using.

This is worrying. As I was informed that it was unreserved by OUR ticket office I didn't worry about getting tickets near my mates, and now they've made it reserved.

When purchasing tickets I amongst many others was informed you would be able to sit anywhere as it was unreserved seating.

    Stockport County - Sat 16th Aug 2008 - 3pm

Yeah, I was aware of the lack of roof, but I thought that the ticket referred to being able to float about and pick a seat! Your way makes much more sense though. I personally am hoping it rains. :icon_bigg

It says Open Air Seat on the ticket anyway.

In case it's not been noted elsewhere, it's also unreserved seating.

Max Gradel was absolutely brilliant. Got a standing ovation from a few Palace fans. Watched by Curbishley as well.

I'm probably not completely up-to-date with the definition, but when I've seen it used it's been in reference to some of the younger fans. Yeah, I did pick a few tips up that day. :icon_cool

Right one, I had a hole in my left sock and it was quite cold.

The way I saw it was mainly blokes throwing bottles, but I agree that was out of order.

Everytime I read a comment about a young Leicester fan on here it's referring to the "Mongs at Sheff United" "Mongs that took their shoes off".
  12. Ched

    Quorn

Not at all, but judging by City Fan's comments he was linking all the stupidness together. I can assure you none of the lads I was standing with made any of those comments. :icon_lol:

They weren't behaving like idiots, but I'm sure the definition varies depending on who's asking. I just thought they'd get a sour review on here because they were seen drinking beer and the like. I know the representation of the young city fan is not really favoured on this forum.

    Quorn

I knew exactly the reaction they'd get on this forum, as I read it a lot. So I thought I'd come and have a look. Just annoys me a little the repuation people my age seem to build because we don't act like a different section of our support. I'm guessing he's like 19?
  15. Ched

Because I was standing with some of them.

No, all 17/18 year olds are twats and mongs, didn't you know?

Anychance I could get the number of St Andrews please? One of my mates reckons he's left his boots there and wants to contact them. Cheers.

    Leicester Chants

Yeah, it's the case in most average matches at Anfield, but when they need the media hype of a Champions League atmosphere, they let them stand.

Which posted was it that played left wing I think in the first half? Had some decent banter with him.

Cheers for that lads. Played in good spirit and it was actually a half decent game in all fairness.

    Priority One

Away Allocations next year: Brighton - 900 Carlisle - 1700 +/or Seats in East Stand Cheltnahm & Brizzle Rovers - Just over 1100 Crewe - 1680 (Leeds were also given a stand behind the goal, but we'd never take that many. Couldn't in Championship clashes) Colchester - ? Doncaster - 3344...

    To our moron fans

I like a bit of atmosphere in the concourse to, but I do agree it was out of hand yesterday. I did go out of my way to stop a bottle hitting an elderly man and let other people through when they wanted to go. I find at this club the support is completely sit. Some are not fans of standing...

Stoke tickets - the latest position

I still think we'd of taken more than 1,600 to be honest. That's not the case anyway, it is an issue and one that the club probably won't admit that they got wrong.
  27. Ched

Stoke tickets - the latest position

I've contacted the Foxes Trust, so hopefully they'll get a decent answer. I can only imagine the club didn't think this game would be that important, perhaps thinking we'd beat Sheff Wed and be safe. :icon_roll

Stoke tickets - the latest position

It's a very sad state of affairs to be honest. How can a person (Paul Aldridge?) who is supposed to have the best interests of this club at heart, can make a decsion like that? It baffles me.
  29. Ched

Stoke tickets - the latest position

Nice to see that they're fighting it, but we shouldn't be in this position anyway. Surely if we take the full allocation straight away, like we are entitled to, there wouldn't be a problem. The FA or Football League won't change anything, they can't take tickets of home fans can they?!

    Sheff Wed

No. If we lose one set of people are more vocal on here than another set...Pretty obvious really.
  31. Ched

    Sheff Wed

Please go. Then load abuse at anyone seeming to be having a good time. The awards should be canceled. If Elvis doesn't win player of the year, I'll be devastated.

    Stearman...

You can say a lot about Stearman, but I don't think you can question whether he cares or not. If you looked at him after the whistle you could clearly see his distaste.

Whoever made the decision to take that amount of tickets is an absolute loon. I cannot beleive that.
