    IH Interview

Just caught a bit of an interview with John Barber and Ian Holloway - anyone else hear any more of it?? JB. So Ian, another 3-0 defeat and we’ve slipped into the bottom 3.. IH. Yes, but that referee he cost us the game didn’t he, should have had a penalty when Stevie Howard barged into...

    What a waste of money??

I'VE SPENT £11M ON CITY - MILAN Milan Mandaric today revealed that he has spent £11million in his first year as owner of Leicester City. The City chairman admits there were times during 12 turbulent months when he might have thrown in the towel. Despite Mandaric's massive investment...

    Get behind the team

I blame the forums, before we posted comments about players we won loads of games, got promoted, won the carling cup etc

    Get behind the team

If you don't like the manager voicing his opinion on things you ain't gonna like Holloway much.

    Get behind the team

Not directed at you - just a general question on what we do when a player is not performing, when Kisnorbo was a midfielder he looked like shite and took a lot of stick, but with support from management he turned it around. He has been a decent player for us - jeering him off the pitch every...

    Get behind the team

Question is, shalll we boo and jeer him or support him in the hope he gets back to form?
  7. N

    Get behind the team

Do the people who jeered Kisnorbo when he was playing poorly as a midfielder feel it helped him? I bet it's the same people who will moan and call him a traitor if he gets a chance to move to a premiership club and takes it.

    Get behind the team

Probably the fact that you expect better home form not worse or the fact booing and jeering won't help one bit so why defend it?
  9. N

    Get behind the team

Holloway was really only talking about the jeering of Cort, personally I hate it when we jeer our own players off when they are subbed - it's embarassing and can only have a negative effect for the rest of the team, must be great for the opposition though!! Booing at the end is different...

    Assistant Manager etc

Is there any news on assistant manager and other memnbers of his team? Anyone else coming from Plymouth or is Taggart staying on?

    Holloway at QPR..

I just don't get the point of it. It's not really perspective - it's some selected comments.

    Holloway at QPR..

It doesn't matter!! It doesn't matter who thought anything 2 years ago, 3 months ago or last week, it doesn't matter who apllied and who didn't, who we wanted and who we didn't. Milan makes the choice of who he thinks may get us promoted - if he succeeds good stuff, if he doesn't well we know...

    It's Holloway...

Saw this on a plymouth site - it's amazing what people think of our club and city........ Holloway's Head Turned by Foxes Gold By Gerald Taylor Date: 20/11/2007 Olly has said that he wishes to speak to Leicester Chairman Milan Mandaric before deciding his future. Will Olly be tempted...

get some one in quick to give our boys hope

Blah, blah, blah, blah, Royle, blah, blah, Kaebi, blah, blah, blah, Mongie, blah, anyway, balh, blah, MM, blah, blah, manager, blah, blah, blah, Jewell, blah, blah, blah, elbow, blah, blah, blah, etc etc
  15. N

    Tigana or Royle ?

Surely if Jewell, Tigana, Reid or Royle wanted the job and MM wanted them they would already be here - the fact one of them is not in place must mean that they don't want to come here or MM doesn't want them??
  16. N

    Collins John

I don't think GM gives a stuff what we think, after all City fans were shouting Gary Megson for Bolton!
  17. N

    Tigana or Royle ?

Milans objective is promotion - the sooner he does it , the sooner he gets a return and the adulation of the fans. Exciting football is not that important to him - results are, he will surely pick his man on that basis.
  18. N

    Reid, Royle or Souness

Whoever it is I don't want them because they're either a) has beens b) not experienced enough c) ginger d) foreign e) not foreign
  19. N

    Reid, Royle or Souness

Bang on, we need to get real, no new manager will work miracles, surely it's got to be a longer term revival plan

    Reserves take on Rotherham

Anyone seen Ferreira play? Is he not good enough for first team?
  21. N

    Reid, Royle or Souness

I've not seen any quotes from Sounness, Reid or Royle, maybe they are just sat by there phones waiting for the call...
  22. N

    High expectations

Agreed, I have low expectations but not quite that low.
  23. N

    Reid, Royle or Souness

Let's be grateful that he stopped reading out the names of the players and expecting the crowd to shout their surnames - now that was embarassing
  24. N

    High expectations

If you lower your expectations there's less chance of being disappointed
  25. N

    High expectations

We are already slating managers that have not been appointed - some have a decent history and deserve support if given the job. Only Paul Jewell seems to have universal support and he looks unlikely. Let's get real and enjoy some football, a promotion challenge should be looked upon as a bonus.
  26. N

    High expectations

Are our expectations for the new manager too high? (whoever he may be) Afterall there are plenty of teams in this division who would expect to be in with a shout of promotion, what makes us think any new manager will suddenly solve problems that seem to have been around for awhile. Personally I...

    Reid, Royle or Souness

    Listen to his interviews
  28. N

    Reid, Royle or Souness

We know Royle has definitely been interviewed so not total conjecture - also MM says he will have someone in place this week so things must be moving along
  29. N

    Reid, Royle or Souness

According to the Mercury today these 3 have all been interviewd and Milan is set to pick between them!
