I work in London, but always work from home on Fridays. I didn't realise how bad it was until I was told people in the office were being sent home at lunch time!
Would have thought United have enough strikers, including 'ones for the future'. At left back they have Evra in possession and Butner as the young pretender, may be they are looking at him as cover wide left with Giggs 39 and playing in field and Nani leaving?

Further proof Ipswich fans have a sense of humour. :icon_lol:
Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)
Not sure its a personality clash. It appears to me Pearson let him know he wanted him out and Howard didn't like it, understandably enough.
Re: Steve Howard leaves
I think Pearson is right in this case. Why keep him and put him out on loan when he is no longer good enough. He did a good job for us for a couple of years, but it is time to move on.
If each of these clubs maintain this form it will finish
Cardiff 70
Leicester 69
Brighton 68
Middlesborough 67
to the nearest point. I suspect Leicester will come up just short, but also think Cardiff could bottle it again.
We just drew with a team that lost their last 3 and are 7 points off the play offs, but I agree we looked like a decent team through most of the second half.:icon_bigg
Would you start with Drinkwater instead of Wellens? Not sure if he has done enough yet, but how about Delfouneso, Danns, Drinkwater and Marshall across the middle?
We seem to be putting together a decent team. The performance seemed to change when the first two substitutions were made. Drinkwater and Delfouneso made a big difference and the change to 433 showed a willingness to adapt to the circumstances.
I thought King's first goal was the best of the day. Yes it's great to see someone blast one in from thirty yards, but the confidence, skill and precision King showed to chip the keeper when there were defenders closing him down was something special.
