Re: Everton £2m raid on Leicester for teenage left-back Joe
Is Mattock as good as Ramsay though? I doubt it. I can't say Mattock is all that good from what I've seen of him over the last 2 seasons. £2m is about right.

It's nothing to be ashamed about!!

How do you know it never happens? I've been going to city since '84 and regularily since '92 (The last 12 years as a season ticket holder). Anyway I don't have to justify my choice to anyone.
I'm not going to renew my season ticket after 12 years simply because I get little enjoyment from it anymore. If I could see thing being different then I would consider it.
Made my decision before we knew what division we would be in. Anyway taken up scuba diving which costs a lot of money...
I fear that we could go into free fall. Our whole structure is geared up to Premiership football. We will most likely lose all our good players and we will have to start from scratch, again.
If and when Holloway goes who on earth will will get to replace him and to be honest who would want...
The thing is with season ticket is that the price doesn't necessarily determine whether you buy one or not. It's whether you think you will have season worth watching or not.
I'm not renewing my season ticket because I would rather poke myself in the eye with a sharp stick than watch that...
Why do you think the baord were so keen to get something done, they had no choice!
I know from a leading shareholder at the time that we were close to going out of business. Why do you think it didn't cost MM much up front to buy the shares?
Absolutely! If we are to get promoted obviously the sooner the better. But £50m doesn't go very far these days in the Prems especially when every club has the same or even more! I admire Milan's vision just not sure the way he wants to get there is the right way.
It's a double edged sword. If we try an buy a quick fix and get promoted and the subsequently relegated we are only slightly better position than we are in now. We will become a revolving door for Managers and players.
I think the squad we have is as capable as any other in the league for...
Isn't it better to go up and stay up? Nobody disagrees with trying to get to the Prems as soon as possible but how and and what cost to the long term future of the club.
We have had too many managers and too many changes in playing staff in the last 7 years to have any sustainable long term...
But what's the point of going up for just one year? If we go up most of the players wouldn't be good enough as has nearly always been proved. I think if we go up MM would like to sell for a big profit to some Yanky Football Team owner or rich Russian Oil Tycoon/Mafia boss!
