    Speculation Next Leicester manager

This probably means nothing but I understand that the club have replaced Sven, at the next 'evening with Sven', with KK.

    Questions for the Foxes Trust

I wouldn't dissagree too much with your assertion. The worrying thing is that the "other lot" would be far worse, if that is possible.

I really do wish the stupid old git had never reared his ugly head in these parts.

I would say we have one chance - Ackerman. If he can score his 7th hundred of the season, we might just have a chance.

I hope they have prepared a batting track, given how well Bopara is going. I presume they have as they have picked 6 bowlers.

    MM interview on SSN shortly

I can't believe this, MM is rapidly proving to be one of the dumbest people in football today. Either sack the useless plank that is IH (and I certainly hope he does) or back him, stop this stupid pontification and try a regain some credibility in the minds of any potential replacement...

Totally agree, which makes me think the forthcoming season will not be full of highlights.

    Time to move on...

I came to the conclusion quite a while ago that we had a muppet in charge of the team, now it appears that we have an even bigger one running the club. Perhaps Dumb and Dumber would be a better description of the two of them.

    Holloway Staying

This means one of two things to me, either that MM is a half wit or that he has decided to give up on the club and save his money.

    Milan Rumours

I am not sure if this is his only failing, but looking at his managerial selctions with Portsmouth and us I fear he is not just poor at selecting a good one he is truly catastrophic.

I'm on record dissagreeing with IH's appointment rom the start, but agreed to back him until the end of next season in the hope that he could stabilise the club, making the cliub more attractive to a better quality of manager at that point. As results and performances (apart from the odd game...

    Lee Hendrie

Superb player on his day, as we are starting to see, my worry about him is his performances over the long term. I seem to remember that MON let him leave AV because he would let his performance standard drop too often, after short periods of real quality, making him a 'luxury player'.

Holloway was in the wrong - Mandaric

From the reports it semms that IH called the fan a pillock both to his face at the game and then 10 minutes later on the radio. If IH is saying he reacted to a letter the fan wrote to MM when did he do it?

I suspect the assets are probably things like the training ground but it is not unheard of for players to be listed as assetts, as was the case with Leeds.
  22. 1

    Holloway out

What MM has done is loaned the club x amount of millions in the form of a 'directors loan', which is linked to assetts, hence as good as gauranteeing his return.
  23. 1

    Holloway out

Amazingly maybe, but the likes of Mattock, Stearman and Kisnorbo would still attract reasonable bids.
  24. 1

    Holloway out

Agreed, he would have to sell some assetts to recoup his money.

It's exactly how I bought, with partners, my current company.

There's plenty to link his directors loans to, including the training ground and some of the better younger players.

One thing I do agree with you is that I do not think he will walk away, what I dissagree about is the potential loss to MM.
  28. 1

    Holloway out

Any personal committments are in the form of 'directors loans' which gaurantee's him his return before anybody else.
  29. 1

    Holloway out

That's how much he agreed with the previous owners, they accepted - under duress - as he was seen as MM was supposed to be the messiah who would lead us back to the promised land. Thay would not have let the club go for such a low amount to anybody.
  30. 1

    Holloway out

If he wanted to "balance the club's books" and cover any losses his most simple way would be to sell Mattock, Stearman, Kisnorbo, Hume and McCauley etc who would all atttract reasonable fee's.
  31. 1

    Holloway out

I think you are absolutely correct.
  32. 1

    Holloway out

Rubbish, MM may have spent more than £600k, but any extra is not spending what you and I would consider as our own money. He could therefore sell the club for a quid, ala Chelsea to Bates, and walk away with a loss of £600k.
  33. 1

    Holloway out

This may be amazing to some but the vast majority of our current first team would be attractive additions to many in our divisiion, and as the power in football lies with the players these days they would be able to engineer their exits from the club without too much of a problem.
  34. 1

    Holloway out

The only money MM is likely to lose if he walks is his innitial £600k investment.

Well he did get QPR promoted from Div 0ne to the championship, just a shame it took him 3 seasons. I for one can not cope with 3 seasons in div one.

Holloway was in the wrong - Mandaric

As far as I can gather IH took offence to the fan moaning about the fact we were not beating a team like Bristol City at home and not applauding the fact we had played well.
  38. 1

Holloway was in the wrong - Mandaric

What surprises me is not so much him calling the fan a pillock, in the heat of the moment towards the end of the match, but that he then decides to repeat it 10 minutes later when he has cooled down on the radio.
  39. 1

Holloway was in the wrong - Mandaric

He called a fan a pillock on the radio, referencing a fan who he heard "moaning" when leaving the stadium on Saturday. It seems to me that IH is the pillock in this particular circumstance.
  40. 1

If you were Milan would Holloway be out?

Apparently IH is well liked by everyone behind the scenes at the stadium apart from one.
